News Flash: 2nd stimulus plan in Japan

The Japanese government announced today the launch of a new stimulus package of at least 20 billion euros to support the resumption of economic activity and to cope with the soaring yen on the foreign exchange market , outbreak has been exacerbated by the woes of the Emirate of Dubai in recent days.
 
This is the second recovery plan for the budget year that ends March 31, 2010. The first plan was adopted in late May by the parliament and approchaint 15 000 billion yen or about 115 billion euros.
